PROGRAM TERMS & AGREEMENT

 

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Excursion Transportation LLC ("Excursion Transportation") and the Trainee, for the provision of Class B driver training services.

1. Services Provided: Excursion Transportation agrees to provide the following services to the Trainee:

• Three (3) 2-hour training sessions

• Bus rental fee for training sessions and the day of the test

• Electronic Logging Device Training (ELDT)

• Follow-up training after 2 failures

2. Fees: The starting fee for the training is $1750. This fee covers all services mentioned in section 1. Any additional training beyond the initial three (3) sessions will incur an additional fee of $450 per session.

3. Schedule:

• The training sessions must commence on time based on the chosen schedule.

• All training sessions must be completed within 30 days from the start date. Failure to complete the sessions within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of payment and sessions.

4. Cancellations and Absences:

• Cancellations must be reported at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the training session.

• The Trainee is allowed one unexcused absence. Failure to report any additional cancelations within the 72 hour time period will result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Payment:

• The Trainee has the option to pay the full fee of $1750 at once through the website or link provided by Excursion Transportation.

• Alternatively, the Trainee may pay a deposit of $550 to hold their spot, with the remaining balance due before the commencement of the second session.

6. Agreement Terms: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Excursion Transportation LLC and the Trainee regarding the Class B driver training services. No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
